Annual maintenance of cold-drawing and inspection equipment has been completed, and process parameters have been recalibrated.

The scope of this maintenance covered the cold-drawing unit's dies and tensioning system, the annealing furnace's temperature control system, the roll assembly precision of the multi-roll straightener, the CNC sawing machine's feeding mechanism, and the laser cutting machine's optical path and dust removal system. Measuring instruments were also submitted for calibration during the maintenance period to ensure the reliability of inspection data.

Following the maintenance, trial production runs were conducted on representative specifications—such as 45# and 40Cr cold-drawn round steel and 20# precision seamless tubes—with a focus on verifying outer diameter tolerances, hexagonal width-across-flats consistency, straightness, and surface roughness. The trial results confirmed that all parameters fell within internal control limits.

We schedule a comprehensive maintenance overhaul annually and maintain records of the maintenance work and parameter calibration data. For customers, this ensures greater consistency across batches—a factor of particular importance to clients engaged in continuous procurement and automated processing.
