Company operating updates, information on the steel industry

Added CNC sawing and pipe-cutting equipment, improving the efficiency of cutting pipes to fixed lengths.

The newly installed equipment is primarily used for the batch cutting of seamless steel pipes, cold-drawn precision tubes, and square/rectangular tubes to specific lengths. Standard length tolerances are controlled within ±0.5 mm, and the cut ends are smooth with significantly reduced burrs, thereby minimizing the need for secondary processing in subsequent stages of the customer's workflow.

Additionally, the cutting process now incorporates requirements for first-article inspection and in-process spot checks: the length and end-face perpendicularity of the first piece from each batch must be verified and approved before production continues, ensuring that length deviations across the entire batch are avoided.
